| EAFAE was founded with a mission to build a strong globalised network which | ||||||||
| contributed to the learning society. In a learning society, every person is important and | ||||||||
| is able to learn what he or she needs to know and to perform in any place at any time | ||||||||
| and that his/her learning development is supported by society. | ||||||||
| Today,EAFAE has becomean international network of adult educators and | ||||||||
| professionalswho are passionate about lifelong learning and subscribe to the vision | ||||||||
| and missions of EAFAE. | ||||||||
| 2008 EAEAE General Assembly will be an important milestone in the making of an | ||||||||
| active learning society. | ||||||||
